Erin Benay, Adjunct Instructor Erin Benay specializes in Italian Renaissance and Baroque painting, as well as Northern Baroque painting. She holds an M.A. from Rutgers University, where she is currently completing her Ph.D. dissertation about images of the Doubting Thomas in Early Modern Italy. She has taught seminars at Rutgers on High Renaissance and Mannerist art, and a survey of Art of the Dutch Golden Age here at Drew. Her most recent work includes a paper on the Clementine Chapel, St. Peter's, presented at the Frick Symposium for Art History, New York (Spring, 2007).
